Stinging Nettle
Stinging Nettle is a plan and the root and the above ground parts are used for herbal medicines. It contains calcium, copper, iron, magnesium, manganese, phosphorus, potassium, selenium, sodium and Zinc. The Nettle is known for an irrigation therapy for urinary tract infections (UTI), urinary tract inflammation and kidney stones. It is also reported for use with allergies, hayfever and osteoarthritis. The nettle is best known for internal bleeding, including uterine bleeding (menstrual bleeding) with pain, nosebleeds, and bowel bleeding. The nettle also aids with anemia, poor circulation, diabetes and other endocrine disorders, stomach acids, diarrhea, asthma, lung congestion, rash and eczema.
