Stinging Nettle
Stinging Nettle is a plan and the root and the above ground parts are used for herbal medicines. It contains calcium, copper, iron, magnesium, manganese, phosphorus, potassium, selenium, sodium and Zinc. The Nettle is known for an irrigation therapy for urinary tract infections (UTI), urinary tract inflammation and kidney stones. It is also reported for use with allergies, hayfever and osteoarthritis. The nettle is best known for internal bleeding, including uterine bleeding (menstrual bleeding) with pain, nosebleeds, and bowel bleeding. The nettle also aids with anemia, poor circulation, diabetes and other endocrine disorders, stomach acids, diarrhea, asthma, lung congestion, rash and eczema. It is a bit of a blood purifier and aids in healing wounds. Can also be used for muscle aches, pain, oily scalp, and hair loss relating to alopecia. In addition, 
Diabetes: There is some evidence stinging nettle above ground parts can decrease blood sugar levels. It might increase the chance of low blood sugar in people being treated for diabetes. Monitor your blood sugar carefully if you have diabetes and use stinging nettle. (WebMd)

Low blood pressure: Stinging nettle above ground parts might lower blood pressure. In theory, stinging nettle might increase the risk of blood pressure dropping too low in people prone to low blood pressure.
